Our Mission

Ka Wai Ola Medical Clinic’s mission is to provide the people of Hawaii Island with excellent, affordable, and convenient appointments for employment, school, and sports physical exams. We also offer rapid in office drug screen testing, pulmonary function tests, and Tb skin tests.

We have been blessed to provide our Hawaii Island Commercial Motor Vehicle Operator community with their required DOT physical exams since opening our doors in September of 2016, and we thank you for your continued loyalty! Meet Leilani!

Leilani Kerr Aldrich is a Native Hawaiian, originally from Waianae on the island of Oahu, and has been living in Hilo with her family since 2005.

Leilani received her Bachelors' and Masters' degree in nursing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1992 and 2011, respectively. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Certified Medical Examiner for the U.S. Department of Transportation, with a combined total of 33 years experience as a healthcare and medical provider.

Leilani has been serving Hawaii Island as a Nurse Practitioner for the past 12 years with a well rounded experience in various settings including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Cardiovascular Care, and Employment Health.
